Skateboarding is a sport that requires a specific type of athletic training in order to maximize performance. A 180 Ollie requires some air, but a 360 Ollie requires more athleticism to give you more hangtime (more air). This program focuses on Skateboarders specific athletic training so you can jump higher and have more control over your board. Not only will you get more speed, but you will get more air, allowing you to pull off incredible moves like the Kickflip, Varial Kickflip, Backside Flip, Bigflip, Laser Flip or whatever you may try to attempt!
