While working with their athletes, Tri Faster coaches learned many head to the pool without a workout in mind or do not understand how to write a workout that is challenging but appropriate for their level of fitness. The Swim Planner app creates a workout based on your total desired workout distance and swimming ability.
NOTE: This app is no longer being supported. Users with larger screens may have trouble reading the workouts due to a small font size. The workaround is to email or copy/paste to another application where you can change the font size.
